What is ParentApp?
At Greenmount, we use ParentApp as our main form of communication with parents. The app can be installed on a smartphone or tablet (android or iOS) and allows us to send important messages to parents via push notifications, email and text. The app also provides links to useful information hosted on our website, along with forms to notify the school of child absences, for example.

How do I register?
If you are a parent of a child in the school and do not have the app, please contact the school office. You will be sent a form to complete. This is required to ensure we have the correct email/mobile details and provides us with the necessary permission to store your contact details in the app. Once this has been completed and an account has been set up, you will receive an email requesting you to download the app and sign in.

If you do not have a smartphone, we can still send you important messages via ParentApp by email or text.
