School Council Update – 15/06/21

Greenmount Book Day

The School Council helped organize Greenmount Book Day. For this, they organized a Gingerbread Man Hunt for KS1 (well done to Teerlinc class who managed to find all 7 by 9:30am) and a book hunt for KS2, (well done to Doig class who managed to find all the clues). The school kitchen made delicious gingerbread men and fish fingers inspired by Barry The Fish With Fingers.
There were a lot of fantastic costumes and everyone had an adventure in different books.
Remember reading is the key!

Greenmount Goes Green
Now that our school building is complete, we have 8 large troughs in the courtyard. The School Council are excited to begin the task to fill the troughs. We have decided to have a donation of plants and seeds on Monday July 5th. The children are allowed to come in in mufti, ideally green, brown or floral. Please give in a donation of plants (see list in link below) or a donation of £1 if you can’t get hold of one.
