Update on recent government announcement 4th January

Due to technical issues, Teachers2parents is unavailable at present. Please see the notification below from Miss Cox regarding Tuesday 5th January.

Dear Families,

Following the announcement this evening, the classes listed below will be open tomorrow for
children who have parents who are key workers:

Le Brun/Year 2 Mrs Dubbins
Morris/Year 3 Mrs Slesenger
Waterhouse/Year 3 Mr Padley
Hockney/Year 5 Mr Evans
Doig/Year 6 Mr Alabie

For all other classes, we will open a booking system tomorrow for key worker families and
vulnerable pupils. We aim to start this provision from Wednesday 6th January in order to allow us
time to prepare and organise staffing.
Priority will be given to children where both parents are key workers or a lone parent is a key
worker and no other childcare options are available.

Remote learning will be provided for all children and will commence tomorrow in the same way as
the first lockdown, using Tapestry for EYFS and Google Classroom for Years 1 – 6.

Booking system:
Please contact the school office in the morning and/or complete the online Google Form in order to

During the first lockdown, the Greenmount staff managed incredibly well and online learning was set
up successfully and has vastly improved over time, and we look forward now to sharing this once
again with you and your children.

Stay safe,
