U11 Boys Football

On a wet and muddy pitch our U11 team played in a league fixture v St Thomas.

St Thomas started very brightly and went 1-0 up in the first minute and continued to dominate the game scoring 3 more goals before half time. Greenmount started to fight back towards the end of the half and created some good chances pulling back a goal  (Archie) to go at the break at 1-4.

In the second half we finally got going and started to play  and pulled another goal back (Seth). But with Greenmount pushing forward for goals the threat of the St Thomas strikers proved to be the more effective  and they scored 3 more goals to end the game at 2-7.
